Hai Sushi specializes in premium conveyor-belt sushi, insisting on using fresh, high-quality seafood. Prices range from NT$40 to over NT$100, and the restaurant often hosts “fish-cutting shows” featuring freshly sliced sashimi, making it a favorite among Japanese cuisine lovers.

Due to the lease expiration, Hai Sushi’s Nanjing branch also posted a notice announcing its closure on May 13, thanking customers for their support and encouraging them to continue patronizing other branches.
