Disney•Pixar Road Race: Run with Animation Stars from Toy Story and More

Hong Kong Disneyland’s annual running extravaganza, the “Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend 2019,” made a dazzling debut on November 2–3.

A host of fun and exciting Disney race events let runners explore the entire resort, and this year sees the debut of the “Pixar Pals Night Run Party,” creating the first-ever 3-kilometer night run experience.
 
The fourth edition of Hong Kong Disneyland’s “10K Weekend 2019” running event features the most diverse range of races to date, including: the “Inside Out 5K Run,” where the emotionally insightful Joy and Sadness from the hit movie “Inside Out” accompany runners as they chase dreams and move forward step by step; the “Toy Story 10K Run,” where Woody and Buzz Lightyear inspire everyone with the power of friendship; the “Monsters, Inc. 3K Run,” perfect for families and featuring the hilarious fun of Mike and Sulley, who cheer you on with loud shouts; and the “Mickey & Friends Kids’ Run,” where kids can unleash endless energy and have fun running and playing with Disney stars.

This year also introduces the new “Pixar Pals Night Run Party,” offering a unique nighttime experience of Hong Kong Disneyland and bringing a fresh look to this special annual event, suitable for runners of all age groups.
 
The “Pixar Pals Night Run Party” includes a night run race and a post-race celebration party. During the event, the park is open exclusively to participants, with a specially designed route that takes runners through various lands of the resort, showcasing the magical nighttime scenery.

Each successfully registered participant will receive an exclusive event kit, which includes a themed T-shirt, race bib, and more. Upon completing the race, every runner will be awarded a unique medal at the finish line. Participants can also purchase a range of limited-edition Disney•Pixar-themed merchandise created specifically for the “Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend 2019.” Runners can also dress up in various Disney-themed costumes and run alongside over a hundred beloved Pixar characters, Disney stars, and performers from blockbuster films, creating unforgettable memories.
