Korea’s largest fried chicken chain “NENE CHICKEN,” which has remained hugely popular since opening its first Taiwan store last November, is now expanding to Taichung, taking over a spot in the J-MALL mall in West District’s Zhongzhan area.

Thanks to the hype from Korean dramas, the perfect combo of fried chicken and beer has become a favorite pairing among foodies who love Korean cuisine.

This time, as NeNe Chicken opens in Taichung, it not only retains classic flavors such as “First Snow Cheese Fried Chicken,” “Sweet & Spicy Yangnyeom Fried Chicken,” and “Soy-Glazed Yangnyeom Fried Chicken,” but also introduces two brand-new 2019 flavors from Korea: “Tteokbokki Flavor Fried Chicken” and “Crispy Teriyaki Fried Chicken.”

Korea’s locally beloved “Green Onion Flavor Chicken” also makes its debut this time around.
