The colorful rainbow staircase is hidden within the Lido Aviary & Pet World, located in the mountainous area of Yangmei, Taoyuan, inside the Eastar Mountain Resort. As a composite resort, the Eastar Mountain Resort includes the Lido Aviary & Pet World as one of its garden areas.

Guests staying at Eastar Mountain Resort can enter the Lido Aviary & Pet World for free, while day-trippers need to purchase tickets. However, the ticket price can be fully used as store credit for purchases on-site — a great deal!
