The Ocean Art Season at Kaohsiung Taroko Caoya Road has brought a wave of seaside vibes to the harbor city. The outdoor area features a three-meter-tall octopus, a five-meter-long woven rattan whale, as well as the world’s largest pearl clam and tropical fish.
