Two popular Kanto attractions can be seen right here in Linkou!! MITSUI OUTLET PARK Linkou has created a “Japanese-style cooling garden” in the central plaza, featuring classic “love-connection wind chimes” and a “lucky cat shrine.” Nearly 300 sets of wind chimes hang across four pavilions, not only providing a comfortable cooling space but also satisfying both the visual and auditory senses. At the same time, they summon good luck in love—whether you’re a couple or single, you can pray for romance amidst the swaying sea of wind chimes.

The super cute “Lucky Cat Shrine” is teeming with maneki-neko—cat lovers must visit!! During the exhibition period, make a wish at the Lucky Cat Shrine and toss a coin into the offering box. MITSUI OUTLET PARK Linkou will donate the full amount to the “Taiwan’s Heart Animal Care Association.” Friends who care about stray cats and dogs are welcome to join in this public welfare effort for homeless animals.

In addition to experiencing the refreshing Wind Chime Festival at the central plaza and paying respects at the Lucky Cat Shrine, don’t forget to go outlet shopping. From June 14 (Fri) to June 23 (Sun), there’s the “Summon Happiness Japanese Festival” event period, where the mall’s comprehensive selection of Japanese brands lets you shop to your heart’s content. During this period, you can participate in a lucky draw when spending a minimum amount at designated Japanese brand counters. Additionally, a “co-branded cardholder discount” is also being offered, giving cardholders a combo of five special discounts, with up to 8% cashback on spending thresholds.

The mall also offers a yukata experience for those who spend a certain amount.

In addition to various promotional discounts during the event period, there’s also a “Japanese Goods Fair” featuring delicacies from all over Japan, as well as the “Hokkaido Beer Food Festival,” where Sapporo beer—the leading Hokkaido beer brand—is featuring freshly tapped beer, along with many local specialty stalls gathered in the central plaza.
