The Marvel movie *Avengers: Endgame* not only nearly broke the record for the highest-grossing film in history but also marked the end of the series, leaving many fans heartbroken. Disney has also announced the creation of the “Marvel Land” theme park, where classic Marvel heroes will make a comeback and is expected to open to the public in 2020.

In this newly announced “Marvel-themed land,” heroes such as Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Iron Man, and the Avengers will be featured in Disneyland California, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris respectively.

Disneyland California launched the *Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!* free-fall ride in 2017.
This attracted a surge in visitor numbers, giving Disney more confidence to build “Marvel Land.” The Marvel-themed park will replace the original “A Bug’s Land” area and is expected to feature Spider-Man-themed attractions, gift shops, a small brewery, character meet-and-greets, and more. Currently, the area is surrounded by construction banners for “Stark Industries,” creating an immersive experience even during the building phase.

The Marvel-themed area at Paris Disneyland will include characters such as Captain America, Black Panther, Iron Man, and Captain Marvel. Paris Disneyland has invested €200 million in the transformation, which includes new Star Wars, Marvel, Frozen, and a new central lake areas. From June 10 to September 30 this year, the “Super Heroes Marvel Day” event was also held, featuring exciting parades and performances, as well as the chance to see the Avengers heroes in person.
