Situated along the Keelung River in Taipei’s Nangang District, the unusual design of this building draws inspiration from the river’s pebbles. Architect Wen Zixian aimed to integrate local cultural elements while presenting them through a contemporary architectural form.

Its distinctive form conveys an elegant aesthetic and a soft yet powerful personality. With the pebble as its design motif, the building symbolizes aspirations to become a new force within the Nangang Science Park and a cradle for knowledge incubation.

In terms of interior space, it's designed as office space. Unlike traditional office buildings, this structure aims to create a healthy, efficient, and interactive indoor environment. It includes diverse functional areas such as a kitchen, café, library, and lounge.

One of the most eye-catching features is the 70-meter-high vertical green wall on the west side, which addresses the issue of western sun exposure. It employs a systematic approach to effectively control the building’s heat gain, lower temperatures, and reduce reliance on air conditioning and energy consumption.
