Located in Changguang Village, Changbin Township, Taitung County, approximately at the 85K mark on Provincial Highway 11, Jingang Boulevard is a picturesque village nestled between mountains and the sea. It preserves the natural, untouched beauty of its fields, with endless terraced rice paddies stretching out on both sides, layered gracefully at the foot of Jingang Mountain and along the Pacific coast. As the sea breeze rustles through the golden rice stalks, waves of grain sway in harmony with the sound of the ocean waves. The boundless, majestic view rivals that of Brown Boulevard.

Wushi Bi, boasting expansive mountain and sea views, is located at the southern tip of Changbin Township, near the Shiyusan Scenic Area. It is home to Taiwan’s largest columnar andesite formation. Walking along the harbor toward the coastal reef area, you can admire the peculiar geological features of Wushi Bi, as well as climb to a high vantage point to enjoy the soothing mountain-and-sea scenery of the fishing harbor. From here, you can even see the Sanxiantai Islet and the Eight-Arch Bridge off the coast of Chenggong Township.

Situated at an altitude of 200 meters in Changbin Township, Xinglong Garden offers a 180-degree panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding landscapes. The garden also cultivates seasonal flower blooms, earning it the nickname “Changbin’s Sky Garden.”
