The Taipei City Government has created an inclusive playground at the Central Cultural Park next to Huashan 1914 Creative Park, guaranteed to bring joy to children. Parents and kids are welcome to enjoy a whole new experience.

The Huashan Grassland Playground draws design inspiration from the former Huashan Railway Station and Huashan Winery. The park covers a total area of about 6,500 square meters, with the playground spanning approximately 3,800 square meters.

The park features a variety of unique play facilities, including an extreme zip line, chimney play tower, mega slope slide, water and sand world, tunnel play wall, train track pathway, and flying swing zone, offering families a great weekend leisure destination.

The Huashan Grassland Playground took nearly two years from design to completion. During the planning phase, the project recruited young designers nationwide. Starting with getting to know the Central Cultural Park site, they observed the environment, experienced play, and then developed their ideas to co-create play equipment that matched their dreams—breaking away from conventional playground designs.

The most eye-catching feature in the playground is the chimney play tower, which blends into the green slopes and trees. Its design echoes the large chimney of the Huashan Winery. With its multi-level structure, the tower offers varied play heights and diverse functions and challenges, and is sure to become a popular attraction that kids will rush to play on.
