"petit doux．Weidou" started from Yongkang Street, gaining fame for its simple, elegant, and comfortable style, as well as the "WAPA" healing cuisine known as Taiwan's most comforting "soft-hearted pancakes," which is deeply loved by female customers. This time, Weidou brings its best-selling classic WAPA into the department store district. In addition to opening on June 28 at Taipei’s Beijing Station Fashion Plaza, it also officially launched on July 2 at Kaohsiung Hanshin Dome.

petit doux．Weidou makes its first foray into the department store scene, creating a healing, slightly tipsy dining and wine bar. The menu has been completely revamped, featuring seven newly added healing-style signature dishes, such as "Berry-Eyed Tender Duck Breast" with whiskey cranberry sauce mixed with fresh blueberries, paired with juicy pan-seared duck breast.

And "Gourmet Prime Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin" with red pepper-charred baby corn and fresh sesame leaves, paired with premium wet-aged American beef tenderloin; as well as "Bouncy Salsa Seafood Platter" with plump scallops and springy fresh white shrimp, paired with fruit vinegar salsa sauce.

"WAPA" is beloved for its fluffy and thick appealing appearance, and its burst-in-your-mouth hot filling of mascarpone cheese and mashed taro, paired with chef-crafted specialty sauces and unique condiments, blending into a new sweet-yet-not-cloying healing flavor experience.
