The ultra-popular American-Hawaiian restaurant Eggs ’n Things has launched an exclusive seasonal delight in Taiwan to celebrate the passionate midsummer—the 《Mango Soufflé Pancakes》. With a melt-in-your-mouth soft texture, freshly juicy Irwin mangoes are paired with rich layers of mango-flavored sauce, cheese sauce, and refreshing whipped cream, making it a perfect choice for summer desserts！

Since its launch in Taiwan one year ago, Eggs ’n Things has successively introduced popular signature items such as the 《Strawberry Whipped Cream Volcanic Pancakes》, Taiwan-exclusive 《Black Forest Fruit Whipped Cream Volcanic Pancakes》, 《Volcanic Fruit French Toast》, as well as seasonal offerings launched in sync with Japan in spring—the 《Chocolate Lava Volcanic Pancakes》 and 《Lemon Sour Cream Crepes》.

Eggs ’n Things’ Japanese dessert R&D team specially designed the new 《Mango Soufflé Pancakes》 for Taiwan’s local fresh ingredients. Unlike traditional American-style pancakes, these soufflé pancakes feature a fluffy shape and refreshing taste, combined with carefully selected locally grown, finely textured Irwin mangoes from Taiwan. The new item is priced at a special introductory offer of NT$398.

Three freshly baked soufflés stacked with fresh mangoes on the plate, featuring an extra-fluffy texture up to 4 cm thick, drizzled with just the right amount of sweet mango-flavored sauce and cheese sauce, delivering a super satisfying portion.
