Established in 1969, Song Fa Bak Kut Teh carefully selects pork ribs and slow-cooks them with ingredients such as garlic and white pepper. The broth is light in color but rich in peppery flavor, making it truly distinctive. Paired with the restaurant’s braised side dishes and the essential youtiao (Chinese fried dough), the meal becomes even more flavorful.
