With Pokémon-related topics making waves lately, following the craze over Taipei’s EasyCard featuring a Pokémon Poké Ball design, now the renowned Hong Kong dessert brand Tong Chuen has launched limited-time collaboration drinks with the official Pokémon brand in Japan. Each from appearance to cup design is super cute—absolutely worth collecting.

This collaboration has unveiled six new limited-edition drink items at once, each featuring tapioca pearls, and five uniquely designed cups themed after different Pokémon characters—including fan favorites like Pikachu, Eevee, Mew, and Bulbasaur—all printed on the cups, melting fans’ hearts.

Beloved Pokémon characters are printed on the cups, making you not want to throw them away even after finishing your drink.
The newly launched drinks include Mango Tapioca Slush, Rainbow Tapioca Soda, Cantaloupe Tapioca Soda, Watermelon Tapioca Slush, Matcha Tapioca Milk, and Hong Kong-style Tapioca Milk Tea. Designed to match the current hot weather, each sip delivers a refreshing taste.

These limited-edition collaboration drinks will be sold at the Takashimaya Main Store in Nihonbashi from July 10 to July 16 and from July 31 to August 13. From July 17 to late September, they will be available at all Takashimaya branches across Japan. Pokémon fans planning to visit Japan soon shouldn’t miss out.
