Billionaire philanthropist and finance mogul Yu Shun-tin (Andy Lau), who despises drugs, shocks everyone by offering a HK$100 million reward to take down Hong Kong’s biggest drug lord. This sparks major controversy. Officer Lam Ching-fung (Moses Chan), who was determined to catch Tuzang, now faces a moral dilemma as he’s forced to protect him due to Yu’s bounty. Meanwhile, Yu and Tuzang share a dark, hidden past—setting the stage for an explosive showdown.

Legend has it that the 19th century’s largest sapphire, the "Blue Sapphire Fist," sank into Singaporean waters along with a pirate ship. Just as Singaporean tycoons plan to recover it for a public unveiling, a murder occurs at Marina Bay Sands, leaving behind a blood-stained note from the phantom thief Kaitou Kid.
Thinking the sapphire would be an easy score, Kaitou Kid is unexpectedly thwarted by the world’s strongest karate master, "Kyogoku Makoto," while breaking into the vault. Meanwhile, passport-less Conan uses one of Kaitou Kid’s magic tricks to disguise himself as "Arthur Hirai," forced to obey the thief after losing his glasses, watch, and clothes...
