Located in Dong’ao, Pink Bird Forest Beach is hailed by netizens as a heavenly hidden beach. With its uniquely secluded location, crystal-clear blue waters, and rugged surrounding rocks, it exudes an isolated, otherworldly atmosphere.

It is also a renowned fishing ground, home to prized species such as striped knifejaw, grouper, blacktip grouper, and whitefin goatfish, making it a paradise for shore anglers. Many fishing enthusiasts often gather here to fish from the rocks or head out to sea for some fun deep-sea fishing.

In 2017, the influx of large numbers of tourists led to piles of garbage on the rocks, spoiling the beautiful scenery. As the area is a fishing harbor, entry was already prohibited. Due to safety concerns, the site was subsequently closed.

After improvement works were completed, a new access path was built to enhance the fishing harbor’s infrastructure. The beach was reopened to travelers, with stairs, railings, and walkways added along the way. New parking spaces were planned, and three temporary restrooms were installed.
