On Sunday the 14th, most areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny, with hot and high temperatures soaring above 35°C. Scattered brief showers are expected in central and southern regions, while scattered brief thunderstorms may occur in mountainous areas in the afternoon.

High-temperature areas from the 14th to 15th:
【Red Alert】(38°C or above for three consecutive days)
Eastern part: Taitung County
【Orange Alert】(36°C or above for three consecutive days)
Northern part: New Taipei City, Taipei City | Eastern part: Hualien County
【Yellow Alert】(36°C or above)
Northern part: Taoyuan City, Keelung City | Eastern part: Yilan County
On the 15th and 16th, most areas will remain mostly cloudy to sunny with relatively high temperatures, and localized brief thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon.
From the 17th to the 20th, under the influence of a low-pressure belt, temperatures will slightly drop but remain muggy. Brief showers are expected in southeastern, eastern, and southern regions, with localized brief showers also possible in northeastern areas. Other areas will be mostly cloudy with localized brief thunderstorms in the afternoon.
There is a chance of foehn winds occurring in eastern (valley) and southeastern regions from the 14th to 15th. There is also a chance of around 37°C temperatures in the Greater Taipei area on the 14th. Please take sun protection measures and beware of heatstroke.
On the 17th and 18th, there is a chance of long-period swells along the southern and eastern coastal areas. Extra caution is advised for coastal activities.
