Must-See for Rilakkuma Fans: Healing Exhibition Featuring Office Worker Kon and Rilakkuma

The highly healing stop-motion animation "Rilakkuma and Kon," produced by Netflix, has captured the hearts of many fans and received widespread acclaim. The story depicts the daily life and little tales of office worker Kon and Rilakkuma living together. Now, an enlarged version of the animation scenes will be brought to life, with a Rilakkuma and Kon exhibition being held in Tokyo, Japan.

The stop-motion animation "Rilakkuma and Kon" differs from other animation formats. Although it consists of only 13 short episodes, each about 10 minutes long, the production process is extremely time-consuming and labor-intensive. The interactions between Rilakkuma and the main character Kon have healed many fans, and this exhibition will showcase the behind-the-scenes process of making the animation, including the original drafts and designs.

In addition, the exhibition will also display the scenes, props, and characters used during the animation production, presenting every detail of the stop-motion animation. Not only are the items in the scenes incredibly small and delicate, but there is also a life-sized recreation of Kon’s apartment from the animation, allowing fans to experience the enchanting magic of stepping into the world of Rilakkuma and Kon.
