The Weibo statement was issued by Shanghai Moyin Catering Management Co., Ltd. The Taiwan headquarters of Front Street Coffee did not respond overnight, but on the morning of the 6th, it announced that a written statement would be released at 14:00, adding that it would "not accept interviews."

Recently, due to an isolated incident involving a certain franchise store of Front Street Coffee in Hong Kong, various sectors have shown concern. The headquarters would like to clarify the following three points:The following three statements:
 
1. "Using locally grown fruits in Taiwan to make the best fruit tea" is the founding principle of Front Street Coffee. The brand has always been dedicated and focused on promoting Taiwanese fruit tea globally, providing consumers with the best products and ultimate experiences.
 
2. The headquarters will continue to strengthen communication with global partners in the future, comply with local laws and regulations, adhere to the principle of keeping the brand out of politics, and focus on promoting fruit tea beverages.
 
3. This isolated incident has drawn attention and disturbed all sectors of society. The Front Street Coffee headquarters deeply regrets this.
