The giant golden seashell is located within Qijin Coastal Park, which combines ferries, tricycles, historical sites, installation art, and a coastal park. The park offers a wide range of facilities and is well worth a visit. Within the coastal park, you'll find a seawater bathing beach where you can fully enjoy the ocean, a sunset viewing path about 1 kilometer long, an off-road and ecological nature area, as well as a shell museum with rich collections.

The Qijin Shell Museum houses one of the largest collections in Taiwan, with specimens of about 2,000 types of mollusks and more than 200 types of crabs. Of course, when visiting Qijin Coastal Park for sea views, don't forget to take a photo with this giant golden seashell installation.

Qijin Windmill Park connects to a sightseeing path leading to Qijin Fishing Port. With abundant wind resources, seven uniquely designed three-bladed windmills have been installed in the park. The area features a sea-viewing platform, a performance square, and creatively assembled artworks of marine life. It’s the most healing spot in Qijin, ideal for cycling here to relax and enjoy the sea breeze.

Travelers passing through Qijin Ancient Tunnel beneath Qihou Mountain will find that it was originally a military tunnel, dug during the Japanese colonial period. After renovation, it has been turned into a Starry Tunnel for visitors and cyclists. The tunnel is paved with wooden walkways, and its interior is decorated with zodiac-themed night light murals, driftwood, and luminous stones. Coupled with the gentle sea breeze inside the tunnel, it creates a romantic feeling as if you're under a starry sky.
