The Hand of the Giant is situated in the lost secret realm of Snow Mountain Pit in Taichung. The location was originally the Snow Mountain Garden Farm. After being abandoned for 20 years, the giant figures once placed in the garden became the ruins of the Hand of the Giant we see today.

The Hand of the Giant stands about 9 meters tall, with finely carved facial features. Its arms even have visible veins and fingerprints, while its eyes gazing toward the sky and hands reaching upward are incredibly lifelike. Paired with the lush greenery around it, the scene evokes an indescribable sense of melancholy.

Beyond the Hand of the Giant, the lush Snow Mountain Pit is also a filming location for the movie *Seediq Bale*. Its massive tree fern forest is incredibly picturesque and worth visiting. The nearby Taoshan Tribe offers a chance to experience the unique cultural atmosphere of the indigenous people, and from February to March each year, you can admire the mountains covered in blooming peach blossoms.
