Must-visit spot for cat lovers: Giant cat sculptures that are insanely adorable

SKT held the “5GX Cool Park” event at Olympic Park in Seoul, South Korea. At the center of the park stands a four-story-tall giant cat, which is the star attraction and a popular photo spot for visitors. But don’t think that’s all—SKT has integrated AR features into the event to create an animal-themed amusement park, offering an interactive experience blending the virtual and real worlds.

The experience only requires downloading the “Jump AR” app on your phone. By scanning specific flat surfaces through the app, you can play games with cute animals, even dance and take photos with them. You can summon AR animals anywhere, making it as magical and fun as a sci-fi movie.

Besides the AR animals, the venue also features a “Cool Zone” with misty cooling areas, fan zones, water gun battles, and trampoline zones to help everyone beat the heat. During the event period, there’s also a points rally and AR zoo challenge activities—collect three stamps to join the lucky draw and win prizes. It’s guaranteed to be a super fun day out.
