In order to implement the new development philosophy and adhere to a distinctive path of tourism development, the Hongcheng Cultural Tourism Group of Karamay City and the Survivalist Team jointly launched the Karamay“Wilderness Adventure”program. Meanwhile, the Karamay Wilderness Carnival was officially unveiled at this exhibition.2018 WSG CHINA.
At the exhibition site, Zhao Feng, Deputy Director of the Karamay Municipal Bureau of Tourism,—was present to provide guidance. During his visit, he stated,“The Wilderness Adventure”is a key brand product we are developing. We need this brand to undergo comprehensive development and construction in terms of development, layout, and industrial growth, fully reflecting the philosophy of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.

Karamay boasts abundant wilderness resources, including deserts, lakes, Yardang landforms, and canyons, all of which naturally lend themselves to showcasing the concept of wilderness.
As the person in charge of promoting this event, Zhu Weiqiang, founder of the Survivalist Team, said in interviews with multiple outdoor media outlets that this“Wilderness Adventure”themed carnival welcomes enthusiastic participation from all sectors of the industry. We will deliver an experience beyond everyone’s expectations.
As the only“Wilderness Adventure”carnival in China, it has attracted not only domestic enthusiasts but also international visitors who have expressed strong interest, stating on the spot that they would definitely participate if given the opportunity.
