In Taoyuan’s Daxi and Changhua, you can also enjoy this stunning limited-time scenery, its romantic level resembling grand MV landscapes, making it a must-visit photo event in late summer and early autumn.

The sea of Chinese chive blossoms in Zhongxin Village, Daxi, Taoyuan, is quite famous, attracting more and more tourists every year. Zhongxin Village is the largest specialized Chinese chive-growing area in the country, with a planting area spanning 70 hectares.The local soil is fertile, making it very suitable for growing Chinese chives, so those from Zhongxin Village have especially rich flavors and excellent texture.

The Chinese chive flower season runs from the end of August to early October, with mid-September being the perfect time for flower viewing. The pure white sea of blooms resembles a delicate layer of snow, and gazing at the vast expanse of chive blossoms spread across the ground, swaying in the wind with a northern charm, is truly intoxicating.

And around the Mid-Autumn Festival, near the Tianzhong Daxin Industrial Area, there is also a field of blooming Chinese chive flowers whose snow-white beauty attracts travelers to stop and admire and take photos.

Up close they look tender and delicate, from afar they appear as a snowy white land. Chinese chive flowers aren’t just gently blooming like warm snow – the flower stalks before the blossoms open are often used as an ingredient. They have a crisp texture and are delicious simply stir-fried lightly.
