Here’s another adorable IG-worthy photo spot to add to your feed. Located in Taichung, “Green Light + marüte” previously collaborated with Japanese artist Yūdai Iikawa to present the “Mr. Kobayashi the Cat and Its Surroundings” exhibition. In line with the exhibit, a cute and eye-catching chubby orange cat was set up outside the venue, quickly becoming a popular photo hotspot.

The chubby orange cat’s lovable design has won over netizens, becoming a hidden new IG photo hotspot. With the original exhibition ending on September 15, many thought the cat would disappear too — but due to overwhelming positive response, Green Light + marüte and Fantasia Creative Market decided to team up again for the second edition of the “Green Light Mini Market – Japan-Taiwan Creative Market.”

The second edition of the Green Light Mini Market will take place on September 21–22. In addition to boho-style Japanese creative stalls, the venue will feature three dedicated spaces showcasing works by Japanese creators during the event period, while the second-floor curatorial space will continue to be designed by Mr. Yūdai Iikawa.
