The Global Mall anniversary sale season kicks off on October 10. The first wave includes five northern stores — New Taipei Zhonghe, Banqiao Station, Nangang Station, Taoyuan A8, and Linkou A9 — from October 10 to November 3. Global Mall’s anniversary event also unveils three exclusive highlights: the official launch of GM Pay, three major spend-and-reward offers, and RODY 35th anniversary special editions, featuring exclusive merchandise, a 3-meter inflatable balloon, and the cute mini Didi train.

In line with the anniversary, GM Pay officially launches in October, offering digital gift cards. With just your phone, shoppers can enjoy a more fun and convenient shopping experience. Meanwhile, Global Mall’s app is rolling out new department-store-style features, including license plate-linked parking fee estimation (already live), public transport schedules, plus upcoming additions in November such as family events, parking reservations, and point redemptions for parking fees. These features aim to make every aspect of shopping, entertainment, and dining quicker and easier.

GM Pay also offers five great deals: For Global Mall co-branded cardholders, logging into the app and binding GM Pay for the first time between October 10 and 31 earns up to 36% reward points on the first transaction； the second deal gives 100 points for a first transaction of 100 yuan or more when binding GM Pay； the third offers 1,000 points for a first transaction of 1,000 yuan or more at New Taipei Zhonghe, Taoyuan A8, and Pingtung City when using the co-branded card with GM Pay； food lovers get double or more reward points when using GM Pay at restaurants； and the fifth deal gives 200 membership points for first transactions of a set amount when binding GM Pay, available through nine major banks.

The first wave of anniversary deals also includes multiple reward offers. Members at New Taipei Zhonghe and Taoyuan A8 who spend a total of 5,000 yuan in-store from October 10 to 23 receive 500 yuan in electronic gift coupons. Using the Global Mall co-branded card bumps this up to 800 yuan in coupons (a maximum 16% return). Popular cookware is also part of the deal — spend 8,800 yuan with the co-branded card to receive a limited “Thermos Stainless Steel Snow Pot”.

For station-type locations — Banqiao Station, Nangang Station, and Linkou A9 — spend 2,000 yuan in a single transaction with the Global Mall co-branded card to receive 100 yuan in electronic coupons. New Taipei Zhonghe adds extra rewards: spend 3,000 yuan in cosmetics or lingerie for 300 yuan in coupons, and 10,000 yuan in appliances or health equipment for 1,000 yuan in coupons. Cosmetics focus on skincare and whitening products, with discounts starting at 40% off.
