The Sun Moon Lake Fireworks Music Carnival runs from October 4 to November 17, featuring not only three spectacular fireworks displays but also concerts, a cycling carnival, and a lakeside marathon – a lively and grand celebration.

The “Sun Moon Lake Fireworks Music Carnival” has entered its 12th year. This year, it combines “art and culture” with “sports and leisure” to create a series of cycling routes and fireworks music performances. Three major fireworks shows will be held on October 19, November 2, and November 9, allowing visitors to soak in the festive atmosphere and admire the dazzling fireworks.

The event features two major sporting highlights: the “2019 Lakeside Marathon” on October 27 and the “Come Bikeday Cycling Carnival” on November 3. These include a 30K lakeside challenge ride and a 10K leisure cycling route, showcasing the stunning beauty of Sun Moon Lake as you pedal your way through.
Besides watching the fireworks, you can also take part in the cycling carnival events.
