Hagibis has a central pressure of 935 hPa, maximum sustained winds of 48 m/s near the center, and gusts up to 58 m/s. The radius of the gale-force wind (Beaufort Scale 7) is 300 km, and that of storm-force wind (Beaufort Scale 10) is 100 km.

Statistics on high waves.
Affected by the peripheral circulation of Typhoon Hagibis, there is a probability of high waves along the Keelung northern coast, eastern half of Taiwan (including Green Island and Orchid Island), the Hengchun Peninsula coastal areas, and Matsu from the 11th to the 13th. On the early morning of the 11th, high waves of 2–3 meters were still observed in Taitung (Orchid Island, Taitung), and high waves also continued in Yilan (Su'ao).
On Saturday and Sunday (the 12th and 13th), the northeast monsoon weakens, and most areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny. Apart from some scattered showers along the southern coast in the early morning, only occasional brief local showers may occur in Hualien-Taitung and the Hengchun Peninsula. In the afternoon, there will be small-scale brief thunderstorms in southern and central mountainous areas. Mornings will be cool, days warm, with large day-night temperature variations. Be sure to dress accordingly.
