The shop has only 12 seats, and during lunchtime, the owner and his wife are constantly bustling about—many customers come just for takeout.

The shop specializes in authentic Japanese-style Western food, serving only one main dish: spicy beef curry teppanyaki noodles, along with daily-changing side dishes you can add on.

The owner also prepares his own homemade spicy sauce.
On the day of our visit, the day’s featured side dish—cheese hamburger steak—was already sold out, a testament to how delicious the owner’s cooking is. But we still added an onsen egg to soothe our hamburger steak-less hearts.
