Nanjing Ningfei International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Nanjing Ningfei) is a professional exhibition company primarily engaged in planning, organizing exhibitions, conferences, and events.

Nanjing Ningfei International Exhibition Co., Ltd. was officially established in 2010. As early as 2006, the project team led by Mr. Li Hao, General Manager of Nanjing Ningfei, began organizing the first Asia Outdoor & Sports Expo. By 2018, thirteen successful editions had been held. From 2011 to 2018, Nanjing Ningfei successfully organized eight editions of the Asia Bike Expo. In September 2018, due to the expiration of the authorization agreement, Nanjing Ningfei will no longer organize the Asia Outdoor & Sports Expo starting from 2019 and has decided to launch its own branded exhibition—the Asia-Pacific Outdoor Industry Exhibition (shortened as: Asia-Pacific Outdoor Show). The Asia-Pacific Outdoor Show will be held from June 20–23, 2019, at the Nanjing International Expo Center.

As a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), Nanjing Ningfei is committed to delivering high-standard, consistently professional industry exhibitions, providing exhibitors and professional visitors with an exceptional and unforgettable offline experience.Nanjing Ningfei not only has a professional curatorial team dedicated to serving exhibitors and audiences, but the company also maintains long-term collaborations with a wide range of media partners, industry KOLs, and quality clubs, jointly promoting the development of the outdoor and sports cycling industries in China and across the Asia-Pacific region.

For many years, the label “outdoor” has grown alongside Nanjing Ningfei, achieving mutual success. Nanjing Ningfei has consistently participated in industry activities, hoping to contribute to the development of the industry.The company is currently a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), a member of the China Sporting Goods Federation, a council member of the Jiangsu Conference and Exhibition Industry Association, the vice president unit of the Jiangsu Outdoor and Mountaineering Sports Association, the vice president unit of the Nanjing Outdoor Sports Association, the vice president unit of the Nanjing Cycling Sports Association, the executive vice president unit of the Nanjing Convention and Exhibition Industry Association, and a member of the Nanjing Jianye Sports Industry Alliance.Nanjing Ningfei actively supports environmental causes, assists Nanjing in promoting green and safe cycling concepts, and contributes ideas for the healthy development of Nanjing’s convention and exhibition industry.

In 2019, Nanjing Ningfei, based on the team’s over ten years of professional exhibition experience, deep accumulation in operating outdoor expos, and a database of 100,000+ professional contacts, will officially launchthe “Asia-Pacific Outdoor Industry Exhibition” (shortened as: Asia-Pacific Outdoor Show),and will create and plan China’s own outdoor exhibition from various dimensions such as exhibition displays, business matchmaking, professional forums, and activity experiences. At that time, Nanjing Ningfei will provide exhibitors with a comprehensive platform for showcasing, interaction, trade, marketing, learning, and communication with a new image and new philosophy, and offer audiences a multi-dimensional new experience, thereby promoting universal participation in outdoor sports.
