The renowned Belgian chocolate brand GODIVA has once again teamed up with 7-11 Taiwan to launch an exclusive limited-edition “Ruby Chocolate Mousse Cake,” which is expected to spark another buying frenzy.

Last year, 7-11 and GODIVA’s first collaboration on the “Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake” set a record of selling 160,000 boxes within five days. This year, the two have joined forces again to release the “GODIVA Ruby Chocolate Mousse Cake” (priced at NT$159), available via pre-order and made to order.

This product is sold in limited quantities through a combination of pre-orders and in-store availability.
The “Ruby Chocolate Mousse Cake” features a pink mousse made from ruby chocolate, offering a unique and refreshing berry aroma with layers of natural sweet-and-sour flavors. The center is filled with raspberry sauce and crispy chocolate bits, creating a refreshing and not overly rich taste. This is complemented by the soft, bitter-sweet texture of the outer black chocolate cake, forming a harmonious contrast with the rich and tender dark chocolate base.

Not only does the cake offer a multi-layered flavor experience, but its box packaging is also delightfully pastel.
Pre-orders will open on November 4 at all 5,500 7-11 stores across Taiwan, with a limited run of 200,000 units. Additionally, 1,400 physical cakes will be available at 30 select 7-11 stores. Furthermore, from November 7, 2019, to February 28, 2020, customers can present the coupon included in the cake box to enjoy a NT$50 discount on purchases of NT$300 or more at any GODIVA store nationwide.
