The scenic spot “Tsuta Nana-numa” within Japan’s Aomori Oirase Gorge is made up of Mirror Swamp, Moon Swamp, Long Swamp, Reed Swamp, Gourd Swamp, and Red Swamp. Each varies in size, but the most famous is Tsuta Swamp, the largest of them all. And what Tsuta Swamp is best known for is the “Tsuta Swamp Morning Glow.”

Tsuta Swamp is very difficult to access by public transport — it’s almost impossible to reach without a private car — yet it still attracts many travelers and photography enthusiasts every year to admire and capture its beauty.

Geographically, Tsuta Swamp is located within “Tsuta Onsen,” but apart from overnight guests, general visitors can also enter freely to view and take photos.
