Travel-loving urbanites, do you have a travel addiction? If loving travel is an illness, I’d rather not be cured.

1) Frequently checking online for cheap flight deals
Just a little over a thousand Taiwanese dollars can get you traveling abroad—how can that not excite you? Plus, travel bundles and discounts are also worth keeping an eye on. Seeing these travel deals instantly gets me thrilled and excited.

2) Wanting to travel all the time
They say men think about sex every seven seconds—I think about travel every seven seconds.

3) Envying friends who travel the world
Seeing your Facebook friends posting about their trips makes me so jealous I could gnash my teeth—I’ve got to book a flight online just to balance my feelings.

4) Traveling whenever there’s money and time off
Men get itchy when they have money, but I go traveling when I have money.

5) Loving to read travel books and browse travel websites
With a simple click of a shortcut, I can search up attractions around the world in seconds. I know all the popular travel websites inside out. When visiting Munich, I’d flip to page 136 of the travel pictorial book “Arriving in Germany.” I even have the page numbers memorized because I love reading travel books—and I’m actually the author of this one. (Haha!)

6) Setting travel photos as your phone or desktop wallpaper
Goethe left his heart in Heidelberg. I leave my memories on the screen.
It’s truly “My heart… follows you… always staying in travel…” (“Ten Minutes of Love...Travel”)

7) Constantly planning travel itineraries
I already have the perfect blueprint and plan in mind for how to get from Tokyo to Osaka, what transportation to take, and which attractions to visit.

8) Always talking about travel at gatherings
From Europe to Cheung Chau, I can chat about travel for three whole hours.

9) Frequently inviting friends to travel together
Like-minded travel companions are harder to find than romantic soulmates, so when you find them, don’t let them go—go traveling together.

10) Posting travel quotes on Facebook
I’m a total fake literary youth at heart, always keeping a few travel quotes and song lyrics handy, playing the part of a headline-grabber. The most common FB quotes I post:
