■Exhibition Introduction:

Aligned with national industrial policy orientations, catering to the trend of green development, and seizing the opportunities in emerging industries such as homestay culture. Centered around the exhibition theme of “Seeking Capital for Beauty, Creating Wealth with Wisdom; Letting Rural Charm Make Cities More Desirable.” Adhering to a market-oriented and professional approach to exhibition organization, mobilizing and integrating diverse resources, and facilitating cross-departmental, cross-regional, and cross-industry exchanges and matchmaking. The exhibition is based in Zhejiang, leverages the Yangtze River Delta, and serves the entire nation, adding color to Beautiful China and enriching the green industry. To this end, the “2019 China Homestay Ningbo Expo” has been planned and organized to build a service platform centered on the homestay cultural industry, facilitating government-enterprise matchmaking, industrial planning, multi-party investment, eco-friendly construction, smart operations, and innovation convergence. This edition of the exhibition will integrate "resource display, investment promotion, industry exchange, and information release," aiming to "promote the development of the homestay industry, encourage standardized development of homestays, and guide the sound growth of homestays."

■Review of Last Edition:

The last edition of the exhibition was held from November 23–25, 2018, at Hall 8 of the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. With the theme “Seeking Capital for Beauty, Creating Wealth with Wisdom, Letting Rural Charm Make Cities More Desirable,” it brought together numerous homestay and hotel industry chain players as well as well-known domestic and international homestay brands. The exhibition covered an area of 12,000 square meters, where over 260 companies collectively showcased thousands of the latest products and technologies. A total of 461 booths were set up, providing a comprehensive procurement and trade platform for buyers from home and abroad.

■Exhibits Scope:

●Non-standard tourism accommodations: urban homestays, boutique inns, boutique cultural hotels, beachside homestays, hot spring homestays, sports & leisure homestays,

traditional dwellings, urban short-term rentals, micro-hotels, traditional villages, and cultural tourism real estate development, etc.;

●Homestay furniture: new Chinese-style furniture, outdoor leisure furniture, boat wood furniture, classical furniture, bamboo and rattan furniture, etc.;

●Soft furnishings: ceramic sanitary ware, guest room linens, hotel supplies, artistic lighting, antique decorations, rattan and bamboo crafts, etc.;

●Design, planning, and construction:

Design: architectural design, interior design, landscape design, colleges and universities, and construction firms, etc.;

Planning: modern agriculture, ecological environment, urban infrastructure, cultural tourism real estate, etc.;

Construction: wooden structure buildings, RV camping, eco-friendly public toilets, urban renewal, smart communities, building materials, etc.;

●Operation and investment: tourism investment institutions, project financing, crowdfunding platforms, government funding, bank financing, franchising, etc.;
