The heart-pounding Razor Challenge is here — the Polaris Razor Rally was a huge success!

(June 20, Anning, Yunnan) Recently, the 2019 Polaris Razor Rally came to a successful conclusion amid the cheers of riders, following two days of intense competition and thrilling off-road challenges.

The Polaris Razor Rally has become a celebration for all-terrain vehicle enthusiasts. This year’s event was held last weekend at the Tenghui Racing Circuit in Anning County, Yunnan, where the organizers prepared a more challenging course for over 40 riders from across the country, also featuring an upgraded mountain rainforest crossing section.

The event spanned two days. On the first day, a timed circuit race took place. After two intense sessions in the morning and afternoon, Li Haiwen from the Polaris Yunnan Team claimed the championship, while well-known Yunnan riders Xue Zhangliang and his son Xue Guoyun secured second and third places respectively.

The second day was a full-day off-road adventure, with forty all-terrain vehicles marching through the mountainous terrain of Heifengshan, the highest peak in Anning, covering a total distance of over 70 kilometers.

The name “Razor Rally” comes from the flagship product of Polaris all-terrain vehicles — the Razor series. This year marks the fourth edition of the Razor Rally held by Polaris in China. During the event preparation, Polaris China provided riders with comprehensive transportation solutions, ensuring that distance and location posed no barriers. This attracted more participants from northern China to join the rally in Yunnan.

Compared to regular off-road vehicles, Polaris all-terrain vehicles feature a lighter body and more powerful performance. They are widely used in harsh environments such as deserts, forests, and Gobi regions, and are commonly employed in rescue, firefighting, counter-terrorism, and other operations.
