Additionally, the newly launched “AIC Dometic RV Enthusiast Parking Area” gathered more than 40 RVs from brands such as Karin Benwei, Calvin, Zhongtian, Kuanghe Yima, Hemelun Chen, and Defujia, creating a beautiful highlight at the show.

“When AIC China International RV Show first entered China in 2012, RVs were still a novelty and not well known among the Chinese public. But now, RVs are becoming increasingly popular, and our audience grows year by year. This gives us confidence that China’s RV industry and AIC will grow together and create a bright future hand in hand,” said Mr. Wolfram Diener, Managing Director of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, who was visiting the AIC RV Show for the first time.

Professional buyers and group visitors hit new highs

This year, AIC launched a buyer program for the first time. Through precise collaboration with professional media, targeted advertising, and organized RV tour groups, nearly a thousand professional buyers with clear purchasing intentions were brought to the event, becoming the main force behind on-site transactions. Meanwhile, the organization of audience groups was further enhanced compared to last year. AIC continued to partner with well-known companies to bring potential users with purchasing power and a strong interest in RV travel to the show to view vehicles and learn about RV culture. These included six major tour groups, such as the CITIC-Prudential Zunyao Visiting Group and the Pirates Outdoor Club, totaling around 500 people.

New vehicle launches keep coming, sparking a buying frenzy

The biggest highlight of this year’s show was the continuous stream of new vehicle launch ceremonies. Exhibitors showed their creativity with dazzling events – launching brand-new models or announcing strategic cooperation plans – keeping visitors engaged. The most notable launches included the RIVER RV Club inauguration and the launch ceremony of the first season of the “Explore Qinghai” event, and the strategic cooperation signing between Brilliance Special Vehicle and CTS Star RV. The most eye-catching models included the Evo Home RV “Ludmont” new model, the Brilliance domestically produced Iveco (non-slide-out) C-type RV, Zhongtian’s New Jifeng · New T-type RV, Yate’s Fenyu Rhyme series Zunling S2, Jinghang’s most expensive C-type RV – the “Intelligent Starship” series and the Jinghang Dream RV, Trigano’s globally premiered Ice Cream RV and the Ouchang version TIC-621A, Yutong’s imported Iveco intelligent RV, Nuoyou Lutu C22, Acme 6160 highway towable RV, Coachman 545, Fremdum Rui Feng version TIC-601X, Longcui Snow Peak T-type RV, LANZONG’s National VI C5 RV, Defu’s custom 475FR towable RV, Jingyan RV’s first new model “Qi 599”, and many more.

The wide array of new models sparked a buying frenzy among users. From the very first day of the show, order announcements kept coming. Manufacturers and brands such as Yate, LANZONG, Zhongtian, Yutong, JINGUAN, WEIHANG, Kuanghe Yima, Bochi, Fusheng, Fengxing, Feixiang, Shituo, RIVER, AOTU sold large numbers of sample RVs, with considerable follow-up orders, achieving excellent sales results. The limited Dometic cooler box giveaway activity held by the organizer was almost claimed by buyers within one hour of the show opening each day.

The accessories and outdoor exhibition area also enjoyed high popularity. Multiple exhibitors launched their most innovative products of the year in categories such as electrical appliances, kitchen and bathroom furniture, and camping gear. RV enthusiasts competed to make purchases, upgrading the quality of their vehicles.

Expert-level conferences deliver knowledge sharing, featuring strong international presence

On June 15 and 16, the conference center hosted a series of professional meetings aimed at enhancing international exchange and sharing industry experience. Internationalization is a hallmark of AIC that sets it apart from other RV shows. Events such as the inaugural Asia-Europe RV Summit Forum, the China-Germany Dealers Conference, and the Guided Camping Experience China-Germany Exchange Meeting invited experts from Germany and Japan, enabling direct dialogue between Chinese and international industry professionals. In addition, a number of important meetings organized by major associations covered topics related to RVs, camping, outdoor activities, tourism, and other industries, with over 800 attendees.

AIC activity zones draw huge crowds, promoting RV culture with full effort

Through collaborations with ticketing agencies and family-oriented institutions, approximately 3,000 families visited the AIC RV Show this year, making the “AIC Family Club” and “AIC Outdoor Club” the most lively corners of the event. These young families with children showed great interest in RV travel, and AIC served as their starting point for getting to know RVs and RV travel life.

The traditional AIC presentation area also attracted massive crowds, with sessions fully booked throughout the day. Over the three days, around 800 participants attended the activities. Due to the relatively small space allocated for the presentation area and limited seating, many visitors had to stand and listen. Among the most popular sessions was the “AIC RV Dream Journey” presented by German veteran RV traveler Mr. Kostya Abert and renowned Chinese RV traveler Mr. Zhang Guangzhi. Their engaging stories of RV adventures sparked enthusiasm for the magnificent scenery and fascinating tales encountered on the road. The “AIC Newbie World” featuring towed RV expert Mr. Ma Chi and RV influencer Teacher Xiao Cui was also highly popular, with participants eagerly asking questions and interacting enthusiastically with the speakers to gain valuable and practical RV information.

The winners of the "AIC Innovation Accessories Product Innovation Award" include 12 brands: Airena, Dometic, Fulinke, Gaoze, Hesibei, Hongdu, Mobo, If New Energy, Thetford, Sanqiao, Terrell, and Truma.

"AIC’s eighth anniversary has achieved outstanding results, not only meeting but surpassing our expectations. The entire Chinese caravan and camping industry is currently thriving, with growing market demand and vast potential. I believe AIC Caravan Show is well-prepared to meet the challenges of the next eight years. With the joint efforts of all partners and the support of our parent show, Caravan Salon, as well as various international associations, it will surely become the leading exhibition in Asia’s caravan and camping industry," said Mr. Ma Ruibo, General Manager of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., confidently.
