Vietnamese Cuisine +1: 500 Free Bowls of Pho to Celebrate Spring Festival Opening

The renowned F&B brand FanBAR Smart Creation launched a new brand “VietBright” — a specialty pho shop in 2020.

VietBright adheres to the philosophy of “Eastern ingredients with Western imagination.” Building on Vietnam’s rice-based cuisine, it blends old and new, East and West, in elegant harmony. “VietBright” takes diners on a cultural dialogue between modernity and retro, offering an intimate taste of authentic Vietnamese flavor and creating true value where taste meets aesthetics.

Beef broth simmered for 12 hours with ox bones and a variety of vegetables and spices is poured over tender yet chewy flat iron steak. Paired with springy pho noodles imported from Vietnam, the sweet and savory broth slides smoothly down the throat, providing comforting strength to the body. With different textures from beef shank, beef tripe, and beef meatballs, it makes up the ultra-popular “VietBright Train Head Beef Pho.”

Aside from soup pho, “Dry Mixed Vermicelli” is also a classic among classics. The specially blended fish sauce contains over 10 ingredients, and the order in which they are added can affect the umami flavor of the sauce. The sweet and tangy dressing is poured over crisp vegetables. Whether served with lemongrass chicken cutlet or refreshing shredded chicken, paired with delicate “vermicelli noodles,” it easily awakens dormant appetites, making it hard to stop at just one bite.
