As the Spring Festival approaches, many regions have created festive photo spots. The 8th Tainan Puzhi Lantern Festival has hung 1,500 hand-painted lanterns both inside and outside the temple, creating a stunning lantern tunnel that recreates the vibrant atmosphere of the 1950s Lantern Festival.

Besides the mesmerizing beauty of the lantern sea, a street parade event is also being held this year. From 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM on January 19, travelers can carry lanterns and stroll through the old alleys of Tainan’s historic district, passing through Guohua Street, Hai’an Road, Shennong Street, Zhengxing Street, and Zhongzheng Road.
In addition to the lantern displays, a street parade is also held simultaneously on the afternoon of January 19.
