A-Cheng Goose Meat is located on Jilin Road, a bustling food street in Zhongshan District. The storefront proudly displays the big characters “A-Cheng Goose Meat” along with a cute goose sign. No matter what time you visit, the place is always packed, which speaks volumes about how delicious the food is.

The smoked goose from A-Cheng Goose Meat is famous far and wide. Its meat is tender and bursting with flavor. The moment you take a bite, the savory juices fill your mouth, and the taste only gets better the more you chew—leaving you craving more.
Spicy stinky tofu, perfect with rice.
Our HowToTrip editor also ordered a portion of spicy stinky tofu. The aroma hit us as soon as it arrived, taking over our senses. The tofu was incredibly flavorful with a hint of spice, and when paired with the sauce and white rice, it was incredibly addictive—making it hard to stop eating.
Goose intestine soup.
For the soup course, we figured since they specialize in poultry, we’d try their goose intestine soup. The flavor and ingredients were pretty average—not particularly mind-blowing—but the goose intestines were still nice and crispy.
