The "The Opera House Never Sleeps" event specially offered participants a 15-minute rehearsal of the performance "Beyond Time" by U-Theatre at the Grand Theater, which greatly touched fans of the group.
The activities included guiding participants to play games in the empty corridors and rooftop garden of the closed theater; exploring backstage to observe the rehearsal process of the performance teams; falling asleep under the theater’s magnificent curved walls, with the added treat of enjoying the opening light show and starry skies before bed. This nighttime-exclusive event earned extremely high praise from the first group of overnight guests.
After the games, there was a hearty soup supper. Before going to sleep, guests could lie under the curved walls and admire the "Magical Curved Wall Light Show." In the morning, breakfast was served at VVG LABO on the first floor of the theater, bringing the "The Opera House Never Sleeps" event to a perfect close.
The inaugural overnight stay at the National Taichung Theater was a great success. When future events are held, those interested should be sure to sign up quickly.
