Hong Kong design brand Macott Station will set up a Christmas pop-up store at Taichung’s Caotun Plaza from now until January 1, 2020

In addition to a wide variety of toy capsule sets, the pop-up store also features a series of Doraemon merchandise. The highlight is the “Doraemon Light-Up Christmas Tree,” which stands about 33 cm tall. Its signature propeller on the head has been transformed into a shining Christmas star, and it offers two light modes to choose from.
There’s also a 50 cm-tall yellow original Doraemon, Doraemon with his sister Dora the Kid, along with accessories such as a propeller, a magnifying flashlight, and a tripping robot.

Aside from a range of merchandise to choose from, the site also features an eye-catching large Tetsujin 28 statue and a giant “Gesu, Troublesome” gashapon machine. Each turn of the giant gashapon machine costs 300 NT dollars, and every gashapon comes with a bonus lottery ticket. The grand prizes include large plush figures of Nobita’s friend Gian or Shizuka.
