The Forget-Worry Valley scenic spot in Waipu, Taichung, features vast stretches of beautiful rice fields, comparable to the magnificent rice paddies of eastern Taiwan. Known as the “Taichung version of Beinong Boulevard,” as the season changes, the rice ears turn golden, forming a limited-time golden rice field. Its boundless scenery attracts numerous visitors for photos and check-ins, making it extremely popular.

Next to the tung blossom trail at Shuiliudong in Waipu, there is a pink flower sea – this is the Ginger Lily Farm. Ginger lilies are tropical bulbous flowers that thrive in warm and humid temperate climates, with their blooming season in Taiwan lasting from June to October. With their unique flower shapes, vibrant colors, and long flowering period, they are widely loved.

This lost paradise “Stone Park” in Waipu, Taichung, covers an area of about 25 hectares. It was once a childhood memory of local hiking trips, but over time, the park has been abandoned. However, its uniquely desolate and special scenery attracts many photography enthusiasts, and even the horror movie “The Tag-Along” filmed scenes here.

Waipu mainly consists of river terrace landforms, with roads featuring both slopes and flat sections, making it highly suitable for cycling. The varying elevations and slopes are all covered in woods, while farm roads and irrigation channels weave through, creating a veritable green tunnel.
