Following its official founding in May 2018 and planned January 2020 launch that captured global attention, STARLUX Airlines unveiled its full-cabin catering and service amenities on December 13, continuing its “five-senses” premium flying experience.

Business Class LONGTAIL TAIPEI Asian contemporary cuisine: Vietnamese meat pie, sour rye bread, homemade pickles, Taiwanese black pork plum blossom, lemongrass, fish sauce dip, rice noodles, herbs, and Love on the Mekong (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
STARLUX Airlines collaborates with renowned local Taiwanese chefs to create a gourmet sky restaurant. This includes Taipei’s Michelin one-star wine bar Longtail, The Miele Guide award-winning Hutong BBQ, as well as Revival Kitchen’s Revival Terminal & Happy Bakery, bringing Taiwan’s refined cuisine to new heights.
Economy Class meal “Hutong BBQ”: Earl Grey dinner roll, green papaya salad, Hutong wild boar cured meat, passionfruit yogurt.
Economy Class meal “Revival Kitchen International Cuisine”: Honey-glazed chicken with garlic penne, Earl Grey dinner roll, Caprese salad, caramel pudding.
Business Class Revival Kitchen children’s meal “Zoo Feast”: Pan-seared salmon.
