Strawberry lovers won’t be able to stop eating these desserts at Yannick’s Christmas party

In December as winter sets in, streets are decorated with seasonal Christmas trees and lights. Cake and dessert brand “Yannick’s Dream Village” has set up a Christmas Dream Factory at its highest-altitude branch in Yangmingshan, turning the store into a romantic spot for photos. Additionally, in celebration of strawberry season, Yannick’s has curated eight strawberry-themed offerings and launched two fresh milk rolls: “Strawberry Double Swirl” and “Fresh Picked Strawberry,” creating pink-hued desserts that capture the Christmas spirit.

Yannick’s has launched ahead of strawberry season the “Strawberry Double Swirl Fresh Milk Roll,” which combines fresh strawberry filling with Hokkaido cream for a unique double-swirl dual flavor, paired with a soft choux cake to create a luxurious two-layer, two-filling combination. The “Fresh Picked Strawberry Fresh Milk Roll” wraps fresh strawberries inside the choux cake, with the delicate and smooth Hokkaido cream perfectly complementing the custard cream.

Besides its stores, the “Strawberry Double Swirl” and “Black Magic Grain Double Swirl” flavors are also available at Taipei Metro YTM cake pick-up stations, which support voucher pick-up services. A special YTM promotional price of NT$409 (original price NT$420) is offered for the Strawberry Double Swirl flavor. Every Wednesday, YTM Metro Commuter Share Day offers a 10% discount on the purchase of the “Original Flavor Fresh Milk Roll.” Cardholders enjoy a 2-for-NT$699 deal before December 25.

In addition to the featured fresh milk rolls, eight other desserts including the “Strawberry Cheese Brick,” “Joyful Fresh Berry Pie,” and sliced cakes are also launched. The “Strawberry Cheese Brick” is made by baking strawberry filling with Australian butter cheese into a beautiful marbled pattern, resulting in a rich, smooth, and non-greasy texture, paired with a slightly salty crushed biscuit base that leaves you wanting more.
