Located in Kenting, Pingtung’s HOLI ICE CUP became a popular IG and Facebook check-in spot thanks to its breathtaking sea views. However, on November 15, HOLI ICE CUP announced on its official fan page that “the lease has expired and we will cease operations immediately,” leaving many customers surprised and saddened.

Pingtung HOLI ICE CUP was created using 3,600 pieces of reclaimed wood and 14,400 screws, taking three years to build a 150-ping cultural and creative handmade space. Coupled with expansive sea views and a 1,500-ping stargazing beach, it’s a beloved restaurant among Kenting visitors.

The shop offers slushies and juices made with fresh fruit, as well as hot food, along with the popular photo op “ocean necklace.”

Due to the expiration of its lease, HOLI ICE CUP had to close immediately, but the owners stated they will look for another suitable location to reopen.
