Taiwan many places留有几十年的老建筑，都十分有特色，尤其是在台南，走一走散个步，不难发现保有历史的小店，而这家位在台南东区的冰店“桑原商店”，因为充满日本昭和时代感的店面，10月刚开幕，就吸引许多人前往尝鲜拍照。

The shop is a single-story building made of dark wood and metal sheeting. Its simple structure showcases an unadorned, old-fashioned Japanese style. The rust on the metal sheets hints at decades gone by, and at first glance, you might feel as if you've stepped into a street-side shop from Japan’s Showa period—full of historical vibes.

Currently, the shop offers ice cream, doughnuts, Coca-Cola, and ramune (Japanese soda), with the flavor changing from time to time. Flavors include blood orange sorbet, blackcurrant sorbet, peanut milk, and white lemon snow. Each visit brings a new and special taste. The fried doughnuts have a soft yet chewy texture, filled with different flavored creams in the center—sweet but not overly rich.
Ice cream and doughnuts are offered, with flavors changing from time to time.
The shop is located at the corner of a residential intersection, so be mindful of traffic when taking photos.
The shop has limited indoor space, so only takeout is available. Orders can be placed at the small service window. Since it's tucked away at a residential crossroad, those arriving by scooter or car are advised to turn off the engine upon arrival to avoid disturbing nearby residents. Also, be cautious of road safety and avoid blocking lanes while taking photos.
