On May 7, 2012, Green Field Outdoor Network took serious action against team leader Xiao Fei Xia for leading the May Day trip to Kubuqi and Lao Niu Wan, which violated the "Green Field Outdoor Network Free Gathering Forum Rules."

After accepting the case, Green Field conducted an investigation and found that team leader Xiao Fei Xia had violated the following aspects:
1. For the May Day activity post, "Xiao Jing, Mountain Tiger, Cat Show" were selected as deputy team leaders. Upon verification, these three individuals did not participate in the activity due to unforeseen circumstances, and the team leader did not notify participants one day before the start of the activity.
2. The post did not match the actual itinerary schedule. The team leader did not clearly inform participants which route to take for the return trip, resulting in traffic congestion and delaying everyone’s return to Beijing.
Based on the above issues, team leader Xiao Fei Xia indeed breached the terms set out in the activity post during the actual trip. Green Field coordinated with Xiao Fei Xia to refund 200 RMB to Wei Qi and other participants who used the Self-Guided Travel Pass system to pay the deposit for this activity.
