Xiamen Starry Sky Outdoor Products Co., Ltd., Fuhai (Fujian) Industrial Co., Ltd. and Fuhai (Jiangxi) Textile Industry Co., Ltd. are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Fuhai International Limited.
