The SympaTex and VAUDE eco-friendly hardshell jacket wins the Asia Outdoor Industry Award

       At the 2012 Asia Outdoor Trade Show, the VAUDE ALETSCH hardshell jacket was awarded the 2012 Asia Outdoor Industry Award. As members of the Swiss bluesign® environmental textile system, SympaTex and VAUDE are working together to protect the planet and ensure product safety.
       “Belt loops, bluesign® certification, and recyclable fabric — a truly eco-friendly garment” was the jury’s comment on the winning VAUDE ALETSCH jacket, as well as the industry’s recognition and affirmation of our sustainable vision.
        Following VAUDE’s win, SympaTex CEO Mr. Kamn congratulated the VAUDE CEO, further solidifying the two brands’ commitment to in-depth collaboration in outdoor product manufacturing and environmental responsibility. Both sides agreed that the use of eco-friendly, recyclable materials in the Asian market will surpass initial expectations, rapidly outpacing other global markets in both adoption and consumer acceptance.
