The Gore-Tex® brand has officially launched a national consumer event in China to recruit participants for an outdoor hiking experience in Taiwan featuring Gore-Tex® fabric apparel. All consumers of Gore-Tex® fabric clothing products are eligible to sign up, and the selected individuals will have the opportunity to hike in Taiwan alongside “The First Hiker in China,” Lei Diansheng.

From September 15 to November 20, 2012, Gore launched a national consumer event to recruit participants for a hiking experience in Taiwan. Consumers who own clothing made with Gore-Tex® fabric can apply at designated retail stores of OZARK, BLACK YAK®, NORTHLAND, Lafuma®, Toread®, and SALEWA® brands to join Lei Diansheng in Taiwan for an outdoor hiking adventure on the beautiful island. Gore will select participants based on their outdoor activity history, especially experience and capability in high-altitude hiking.
